Alsorayai Co. For Trading would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for visiting our showrooms and online store, and for your trust in our products. Since our establishment over sixty years ago, customer satisfaction has been our top priority. In this regard, we would like to clarify the following policies, as the company understands your desire to exchange or return products in accordance with the conditions and criteria outlined below:
Sales and Installation Policy for Showrooms and Online Store
- Full payment of 100% is required.
- If the customer fails to adhere to the installation schedule or prepare the site before the scheduled installation and is not present at the site or does not answer the phone on the morning of installation, the customer will bear any additional costs resulting from this and will need to reschedule according to the company’s available schedule.
- If the customer wishes to change the installation date, they must notify us at least 48 hours in advance and reschedule according to the available schedule.
- For orders that require special product manufacturing, 70% of the invoice amount must be paid, with the remaining 30% due prior to delivery. The customer must collect the goods listed in the invoice on the specified date, within a maximum of 30 days. Any delay will incur a 5% fee of the invoice amount as storage costs for each month.
- If the remaining length of the roll after cutting per the customer's request is less than 4 meters, it will be considered as one piece.
- A fee of 100 SAR will be charged if the customer requests measurements to be taken by the company, which will be deducted from the total invoice if the sale is completed.
- The prices attached to the products in the showrooms and online store are applicable.
- By receiving the order and making the payment, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the items in the order and full knowledge of all their specifications.
- If the product is sold without installation at the customer’s request, delivery will be from the showroom; otherwise, a delivery fee will apply.
- The company is not responsible for damages caused by shipping or installation done by the customer.
- The customer has the right to check the goods for color, size, or quantity before installation.
- The customer cannot demand a change in color, size, or quantity after installation.
- The company does not bear the responsibility for removing old flooring or furniture.
Exchange and Return Policy for Showrooms and Online Store
- Exchange or return does not include special order products.
- No product that has been installed, opened, or cut can be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect within 3 days after installation.
- Products from special offers, clearance sales, or discounts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect within 3 days after installation.
- The original invoice must be available when requesting an exchange or return.
- The product cannot be exchanged if it is not in its original condition.
- Exchanges and returns are allowed within 5 days from the date of order issuance.
- When returning a product purchased via cash or electronic payment, the amount will be refunded in the same way within 14 business days, deducting any bank fees incurred by the company during the payment process.
- Shipping, delivery, or transportation fees are non-refundable, and these costs are the customer's responsibility during the return or exchange process.
- A fee of 100 SAR for measurements taken by the company is non-refundable.
- In all cases, shipping, delivery, or transportation fees will not be refunded if the customer wishes to return or exchange after leaving the company’s warehouse.
Measurement Policy Conducted by the Company's Technician:
- A waste percentage will be added to the area before installation as deemed necessary by the company’s technician.
- The customer is responsible for measurements taken outside of the company (by the customer) and has no right to request an exchange or return from the company.
- If there is waste in the product due to a specific installation method requested by the customer, the waste will be charged to the customer.
